Restoration hardware has the best furniture hands down! First off, there is public parking right next to RH which made it super easy to get too. The staff here were so nice and helped us with picking the right furniture for our space. There products are made of super great quality and there sofas are so comfortable. They have living room, dining, bathroom, kids and outdoor furniture.

One of the best showroom of home furnitures in Boston. The building is beautiful and the staff is very kind. You can't buy and pick things but you can taste the quality and order them. Every time I am in Boston I take half an hour to visit it. It's very relaxing and worth the visit.

Last Thursday I received delivery of a replacement sofa.I have ordered numerous items from RH. The gentlemen who delivered replacement sofa and removed the other worked so efficiently and took care to cover their feet and put down mats. Escobar and Leo Gomez deserve lots of credit for fine work and professional attitude. They are a credit to your company! Thank you!

Review of location not RH as a brand: This building is beautiful inside and outside. RH does a wonderful job utilizing the space efficiently. Staff have always been pleasurable when I’ve visited. I find the easiest way to track anyone inside is to sit on a couch until they find you. The layout is also extremely conducive to daydreaming about what type of home one could furnish using RH products.

I don't do many reviews but I had to do one on the delivery of my new couch. I live on the second floor in an old house and the staircase does a 180 degree turn on the way up making it very difficult to bring large items like a couch up to the apartment. Every other delivery I have had over the years always did damage to the walls. However, Jose Escobar and his helper Renan assessed the situation and delivered the large couch in minimal time without any damage to the walls. They are very professional and I was so happy that they were the crew delivering my couch.
