AMAZING! Never had a better salon experience! Such an uplifting and exciting atmosphere. All the employees talk together, and include you. The stylists get excited about your hair which makes you excited. And most importantly, I came in with a picture, and my result was BETTER THAN I COULD'VE IMAGINED! I've been to other salons and they've charged me more for way less satisfaction. The price is completely fair because of the quality of service and outcome i received, and honestly would not have been upset if it had cost more because I was so happy with the result. I had Natasha, but saw the other stylists work on other clients in the salon and would be so ecstatic to have any of them work with my hair:) I've never had a consistent salon I go to, but this will for sure become my go to. Thank you so much, and I seriously cannot recommend this salon anymore!!

I took my mother to the salon to cover up her grays, and color her hair to one solid natural color.The staff here were friendly, but the stylist we got seemed inexperienced, and from the start, spent alot of the time looking uncertain and asking others for advice. Half-way through the process, three stylist were trying to figure out how to darken and blend very obviously lighter streaks in my mother's dark hair. They all appeared concerned, but kept saying they were trying to "add dimension to the color." I spent upwards of $200 and my mother was left with two still very noticable light streaks in her hair and the cut was shorter than requested. Her hair looked better than what it had been, and she appeared to be accepting of how it looked, but I was left a bit upset with how my mother's hair turned out; Will not be returning.

Firstly, I just want to say that the first time I came here I got my hair cut by the owner and she did a really good job. So much so, that I decided to come back. However, with that said, the time management is horrible. My first time coming here, I had booked my appointment a week out and was very flexible with day/time, so they weren't "squeezing" me in. But when I arrived she was still doing someone else's hair, and literally waited 30-45 minutes. Right when I got in the seat, her next client was already there! So she was rushing through my haircut. On top of that, she was blabbing about what she was going to do with her next clients hair, while talking to her. Umm hello, this is MY time right now. I scheduled a second appointment anyways, hoping that it would be different. NOPE! This next time she was so overbooked (or behind) that when I arrived (right on time) the receptionist told me "oh I was about to call you to see if you would like to reschedule". Kind of too late for that, don't ya think? So I opted to have someone else cut my hair instead, and while she was super nice, I did not like the cut at all. My bangs were badly chopped and when she was framing the front it somehow hurt super bad, felt like she was pulling hair out. Because of this, I will not be returning. I want to get my hair cut with someone who appreciates MY time.
