No one picks up the phone and their callbacks go directly to voicemail without the phone ringing. Their online support doesn't answer questions fully and their FAQ doesn't cover the questions I have.
Every time I go here they always help them me and they're very nice saw deaf and recommend people to go there to get help
I spoke to a real jerk who offered NO HELP, however I have spoken with at nice African American lady there who was VERY helpful in weeks previous to today 4/13/16,
