SEVERAL phone calls resulting in my leaving voice mails that never get returned. Who is the manager of this office and WHY don't they ever answer the phone? We get your're busy, but for Chrissakes RETURN YOUR CALLS or leave the job you getting paid to NOT do!!

This staff is heinous. They told my 81 year old mother that she had seven days to pack up and move. They had no legal grounds as her rent is paid and she's not a problem tenant. They freaked my mother out to the point she had to go to the hospital because her heart was racing. I guess they feel that they can push around a veterans widow whenever they feel like it.
