The employees at this RMV were helpful and friendly. My wait time was not bad (~45 minutes), especially considering there were a good number of people there. I'm giving a one star review because everyone was friendly and helpful EXCEPT the old lady who works the "customer service" desk that everyone was filed through. She legitimately yelled at my fiancee and I because we were missing one document out of the seven we needed. We were transferring information from another state and while yelling at us for not having the required document she also managed to continually insult the state we're from saying how backwards and out of touch we are. The irony is we're "backwards" for having an eTitle system that cuts down on paper waste and lessens the burden on government employees. Double the irony for the fact that she ended this entire tirade with a very aggressive "welcome to Massachusetts" as if we'd just enlisted in boot camp. We weren't the only one's yelled at, either. I'd guess ten out of the fifteen people ahead of us were treated in the same fashion. All in all, this was a great RMV experience, though I generally prefer to handle my government business without being shouted at in front of a room full of strangers. EDIT: Larry deserves a shout out for greeting everyone at the door and helping them from the moment they walked in. He did a great job. Honestly, everyone here did except the "lady" at the front desk.

The first time I went to the Revere RMV, I waited for hours. There were some issues with my license from another state. There wasn’t anyone all that willing to help me. Then Roland stepped in. He told me to go get all of the paperwork that I needed and come back to see him. When I went back, he was very helpful. He has a great attitude and his customer service skills were fantastic.

I arrived at this very busy RMV last Tuesday around 9:16am and was amazed that it was already packed with many people in lines. I had 23 people ahead of me to get my number and go sit down. The "Ready to Go" Customer Service rep was not friendly but I don't feel he really wanted to be there! I was called to No. 11 booth and was helped by the most polite guy named Roland...wish you had 20 more like him at the Revere RMV! Was in and out in 27 minutes.

My daughter wanted to take her permit test before having major surgery so the afternoon before her operation we headed to registry. We hit more traffic than I had anticipated and arrived 5 minutes after they stop allowing check ins for the permit testing. I decided to talk to a manager and explain our circumstances. After listening, he went to see how many people were waiting and said there was room for her right away. She was so happy and I was thankful to know that there are people with heart working at the RMV!

Long wait, But blond lady used to be in Danvers was very nice. Reason for low stars is, wait times, But it is a busy under staffed place. So plan time accordingly.
