If I could give this so called "Doctor" zero stars I would. I went in to speak for my father that doesn't speak very well english and doesn't really understand. I asked he very nice Medical Assistant if policy of him to charge for court ordered forms or is just for his benefit she said its not for policy. I asked where its written on his wall and asked to speak to him. I waited maybe five minutes until he came out. When he did step out of the office he immediately went to his reception desk wall to his if he had a form written stating that he charges for that. He had no form. I kept asking question about his charges and he was getting a little hostel. He then asked who I was and I said Im the patients daughter. He then said that he needs to have a written consent form stating that hes allowed to speak to me on behalf of my father and he needs to have a valid ID AND NEEDS TO TAKE A PICTURE OF ME. I went on by saying thats fine lets get that started. My father has a jury duty "government affiliated" that needs to filled and the earliest this man can fill it out is next Monday. This form needed to be sent 3 weeks ago and this doctor cant just fill out the form. His hours are horrible and YOU NEEDS TO HAVE AND APPOINTMENT FOR EVERYTHING. I will be contacting the better business bureau, and the medical board of California because of lack of profession. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he has ever had his license suspended. This a very hostel, and rude "doctor" I will be looking for a new physician for my father, I DONT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL!!!

Do not go to this Dr! I had hurt me knee and would tell him every time I went to him that it wasn't right, he responded every time with "You'll be fine, its nothing." I insisted on seeing an orthopedic for an MRI, and when I went to find out the results he told me that "if I haven't heard anything by now its nothing just like I told you from the beginning, I am also sending you back to work as of tomorrow" then after he called the orthopedic he found out that I had dislocated my knee, rotated my patella, and tore some ligaments. He called me later to tell me that I just need some physical therapy and wanted to send me back to work right away. This Dr seems bi-polar and gets angry easily and loud, he is very unprofessional, and I would get anxiety every time I had to visit him.

To say Dr. Reyes is rude is an understatement. He is aggressive, bordering on threatening. I went to see him as a new patient. After filling out the paperwork then waiting for about 30 minutes with no end in sight, my girlfriend pulled out my phone to play scrabble with me. When Dr. Reyes came out to the waiting room to give another patient sensitive documents he said to me, in a very aggressive tone, "no cellphones" then slammed his hand on a sign above my head. He then began to stare me down as he walked backwards into the office. My girlfriend, who was sitting next to me, was so frightened that she exited the office as I went to cancel my appointment. I can also confirm what other reviews said. He is extremely slow at seeing patients, exams are performed in the waiting room, and Dr. Reyes is very cavalier with personal information when talking in the waiting room. Fortunately I didn't get far enough to see how good of a doctor he is; my suspicion is that his skills as a doctor are about as good as his bedside manner. I feel bad for his staff; they seem like nice people that are good at their job, but I don't feel safe in Dr Reyes office, let alone under his care.

After recently moving into the area and my employer changing health insurance provider, I was forced to find a new doctor. The only good thing about this practice was their office hours that allowed me to come after work, but that was the only positive aspect of my visit. Bring cash, because he doesn't accept debit or credit cards for copay. If you are a business, from a donut shop to a physicians office and you only deal in cash, you better have enough to make change. I had to leave to find an ATM because they couldn't break a $100 bill off of a $40 copay. Maybe they could have told me ahead of time when they confirmed the appointment, but they didn't call to confirm. I had to call them the day of to confirm my own appointment. It all felt very unprofessional, the Dr was walking around micromanaging his staff of no less than 5 assistants. While he wasn't berating them, he came off as very arrogant. There was a family getting their daughter a physical before me so they could enroll in the local school system. He was taking their verbal history and asking questions that completely violate patient privacy in the waiting area. When it was my turn I was taken to a tiny exam room where he interviewed me from the hallway. No privacy at all and a complete violation of HIPAA laws. He didn't conduct any physical exam of my complaints and sent me out the door with no less than 6 prescriptions after talking to me for only 5 minutes. Never mind that he walked out of the exam room before I could finish my conversation with him and he was yelling down the hallway to one of his assistants to call in my prescriptions to the pharmacy. Very unprofessional. I found another doctor the next day and didn't bother showing up for my follow up appointment, not that they called to confirm it or anything.

Absolutely hate this guy, should be embarrassed as a doctor because he really doesn't do his job right. I thought doctors were about helping patients and making them feel comfortable. Dr. Reyes always walks in late to appointments (he isn't even in his office), yells at his patients and the girls who work there, and also gave me wrong prescription and lab test. He also refuses to see you even if it's an emergency if you don't drop by for a useless checkup a couple times a year.
