SELLERS BEWARE!!!! This is a ripoff establishment, do your homework because he will definitely take advantage of you. He won't give you honest answers on the phone , just to get you in the store. Then he says he missed 10grams of my Gold, impossible, I watched him look at each package of 99.99 24k Gold bullion bars, plus 25 troy ounces of silver and tried to buy it for half its worth. I went from his place and got what the market value of my metals. If it wasn't for the fact that I am a educated metals seller he would have taken advantage of me.  I didn't even stay in his store, I picked up my precious metals and left, quickly. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! SELLERS BEWARE

What a load of crock, you offered me $100, to tell you what honest buyer I went to..this speaks volumes about your integrity,  you see I'm not for sale. That's why I won't take your $100 to give you information. How can a person lie about a metal, still in its original packaging, yes now I agree with the other gentleman who called you a racial profiler. I'm a lier, please, I had 1 troy ounce of 99.99 24k Gold and 25 troy ounces of 999 Silver, 2 5 oz bars still wrapped and 15 1 troy oz rounds, and you tried to rip me off by offering me $836. What you didn't know is I'm working on my precious metals liscense and was educated enough to walk out of your business,  you were to blind to se the  $12k Gold watch I was wearing and the BMW 750LI I pulled up in.  So you see I don't need your $100, my integrity is not for sale. Your excuse was you didn't see the 10gram Gold bar, when you handled it and I watched you write down the serial number from the original packaging that my Gold bars came in.  So when you said you missed 10 grams that's when I decided that you were a scam artists, I watched your every move and knew you definitely saw both Gold bars, 10 plus 20 = 30, for future references, I'm the wrong man that you want to slander. I have the means to sue you, now since I know and can prove that I'm telling the truth, sue me. That was just the tip of the iceberg of what I own. And you tried to rip me off. So seller's BEWARE. REMEMBER YOU OFFERED ME $100, what a joke.

Now, since you called me a liar twice, and called me angry, which is ludicrous, I got top dollar for my metals, so I'm happy as a lark. But, I also have a picture catalog of all of my precious metals, something you probably didn't count on. And the buyer is local, so unless you print a retraction I'm going to sue you for slander. That's my good name you're playing with, not good. But as far as my metals I made a great deal with a reputable buyer, who can attest to the beautiful condition of my metals, you can retract or we'll see what a court and my Attorney can do with this attack on my character. I couldn't be happier,  you didn't get my excellent metals and I got top dollar, everyone who reads this now knows how twisted you are, and is willing to say anything to cover bad business practices,  so sorry my man. But this customer will sue you for slander. Retraction please, you see I'm giving you a chance, in writing.  This is admissible in court and as you know my metals were in excellent condition. You decide.

I went to Reyes Jewelry on two separate occasions in July.  My initial gold valuation was increased by 10% due to an ongoing promo but I never understood why a promo was needed.  Shouldn't we just get a fair valuation on our gold?  Nevertheless,  I had 2 additional pieces submitted for valuation ($20 and $32) but did not sell them.  I took these same 2 pieces to Diamond Exchange in Cockeysville and their valuation was over 100% more ($50 and $65).  Now,  I feel like I got ripped off!   Plus Diamond Exchange charges way less than everyone else for their ring sizing.  I paid $25 when others were quoting  $65!!!! WTF?! I don't know about you but I need ALL my money!   #Peace

THANK YOU! So Happy! Sold some gold jewelry and a sterling flatware. We checked two other places and Mr Reyes paid more by over $400.  So we're super happy.  Plus he tested it and weighed it right in front of us. It was just a nicer experience than the other place that took it in the back and didn't let us see what was happening.  Recommend!!!

Reyes Jewelry exchange is excellent. I had a 14K gold necklace and had taken the necklace to 3 other jewelry stores in the area.  I made an appointment with the owner. He was able to meet me at 9am, even though they don't open until 10am.  He was very courteous and gave me the most amount of money for my necklace. If I had more gold to sell I would definitely go back to Reyes Jewelry Exchange.

Extremely rude, short on patience and possibly racially profiled me. Gave me a "look" when I walked in his store. Fears of douchebaggery were conformed when talking to another seller who called him a "ripoff artist". Save your time and do business elsewhere.
