At the heart of Mediterranean Cuisine are flavors; inspired by healthy, local ingredients, chef inspiration and classical techniques.

Rezaz Restaurant in Historic Biltmore Village has, for nearly sixteen years, paid homage to a Pan Mediterranean, Coastal Cuisine that embraces creativity, locality and health.

Chef Brian, a disciple of Chef Chris Hadley of Morning Glory fame, and, more recently, the protégée of Reza Setayesh, prepares dishes in a vibrant contemporary style with an elevated reinvention of cuisine that Rezaz has been known for.

Chef Laura, a classically trained chef at Le Cordon Bleu (Australia, France, England and Canada), recreates the distant sweets and pastries known throughout the world as the foundational paradigms of dessert: decadent chocolate tortes, house spun gelatos and sorbets, pot du crèmes, and our famous Reese'z Bombe.

Together they create a passionate culinary experience rife with love and romanticism. After all, they met at Rezaz, fell in love, working side by side at Rezaz, and eventually celebrated their marriage with their families at Rezaz.

Inspired by the original restaurateur/owner Reza Setayesh, this local couple has taken over an Asheville standard; recreating an Asheville classic with a clean, contemporary Mediterranean spin.

Stepping into the historical building, guests are transported to the Mediterranean Coast. Scents of rosemary, cumin and garlic permeate the air. Powerful artwork, windows showcasing the bustle of the Historic Biltmore Village and upbeat, curated music set the stage bon vivant experience.
