I miss being able to use the drive thru on Saturday. Going to another bank is inconvenient.

Will never bank here. My mom who only speaks Spanish and is a citizen of the United States was told by TAMMY the bank supervisor that it's my moms fault that she can't read English written letters sent from the bank. Not only did TAMMY bank supervisor said that but continued to say that because my mom only speaks Spanish that she needs to know the difference between dollars and pesos. Very racist comment and apparently TAMMY is prejudice. Will be filling a complaint on this bank.

I don't know if it's the lack of goals or focus of the company or if this was just the environment of this branch but complete lack of urgency. The company's focus was not what I saw here. First I was asked if I wanted a loan to go online and apply, then instead of showing value in any of your offers extended warranty and added insurance she gave me a checklist offer reading off if I wanted to add each offer including if i wanted to buy a bottled water. During the wait because paperwork is not handled by the same banker I realized I didn't even know her name (Melissa which I had to get from one of the tellers) that did it for me I called my bank Wells Fargo I was approved by both but I chose the one that made me feel they wanted my business.

After years of putting up with their long lines at drive thru and horrible customer service, I have finally moved to a REAL bank.  HATCU does not even offer a free debit card.  Horrid little place and I'm only sorry it took so long to move.  I assume most people simply do not want to go through the hassle of switching banks, especially if they have electronic bill pay.  However, it's worth the hassle in the end not having to put with their small-town, backwards mentality.
