Excellent food.  Everything is fresh and the meals are varied, well-designed, and delicious.  The menu is changed up and the Specials are truly special.  The wait staff is friendly and attentive without being intrusive.  The exterior of the building belies the pleasant decor and the bar is well-stocked for a small restaurant.

WOW, I MOVED TO MERRIMAC IN JAN OF THIS YEAR AND HAVE HEARD A FEW  COMMENTS ABOUT HOW GREAT THE PLACE IS, YET HAD NOT MADE IT IN SHALL I SAY BECAUSE OF THE OUTSIDE DECOR!!!! I WORK VERY LONG DAYS IN BOSTON, SINCE I WAS TAKING THE NEXT  DAY OFF,  I DECIDED TO STOP IN FOR DINNER ON MY WAY HOME! WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY, THE FOOD, THE PEOPLE, THE MUSIC (THE TALENTED YOUNG KIDS PLAYING JAZZ), THEY HAVE A BAR WITH A LIQUOR LICENSE! TOP ALL THAT  OFF WITH A THREE LAYER SLICE OF HOMEMADE CAKE! I COULD BECOME A REGULAR! WOW!  LYNNE W.
