Riba Construction, a Northern VA based company (VA Class-A License # 2705 159205 & MD MHIC # 134179), is owned by Engineers and Roofing Professionals who take pride in meticulous, exacting work. At RIBA, we personally oversee ALL jobs and we are fully insured for your protection. We have a wealth of project management experience and our installation teams consist of expert, first-rate tradesmen.

Our hands-on approach lowers our overhead costs and enables us to offer highly competitive pricing. We work with all major material suppliers and we provide high-end products at rates other contractors may charge when using inferior products.

We had a wonderful experience working with RIBA and, importantly, they saved us money. RIBA liasoned with my insurance company and helped us through the claims process, even helping us to get a FULL siding replacement instead of just a repair; which would have been slightly off-color since my previous siding was old and sun-faded and an exact match was not possible. Their Storm Damage specialist really knew the ins and outs of the process, and patiently carried us through it. They replaced both my roof and siding and the work was impeccable. The crew was very courteous, timely, and clearly skilled. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you RIBA Construction, and a special thanks to Gene and Jerry...could not have made this happen without your true professionalism.

RIBA Construction recently did a roof replacement for our home and I couldn't have been happier with the work, the professionalism, and most importantly, the honesty and integrity of the entire RIBA construction team. From day one, the staff at RIBA was super polite, extremely efficient, and more responsive than I could have hoped. We were so pleased with their service that we will be having them come back to build us a new patio. Thanks, RIBA Construction!

We contracted RIBA construction to replace our roof. Their staff was very professional throughout the whole project — from estimate to completion.  Everything was finished on time and they ensured everything was clean before departing.  We’re very pleased with the finished result.  Would rehire without hesitation.

All of the RIBA employees were very professional and delivered on what they told me they would do on time. RIBA worked with my insurance to explain the fact the decking was too thin and not code and needed to replace everything. I was highly pleased with the work and would recommend them again to my friends - I have. Additionally, I have them scheduled to do some additional soffett work to increase venting and am sending to my parents to quote them on a porch extension. 
Entire roof was replaced due to wind damage. And all wood decking under the shingles was replaced to bring the thickness of the decking wood up to current code.

Horrible and awful construction company to deal with. Take your business else where. These guys don't care if they earn your business or not. called and made an appt for a roofer to come out. Ryan Baxter was scheduled to come out and check out our roof. Instead, he called the day of and stated that he's unable to make the appt because he's been overbooked by Jerry. He also stated that he doesn't have a ladder tall enough for my three story townhouse. This was discussed with Jerry when the appt was being made. He then offered to send Jose out the next day. Waited around for Jose to show up with a ladder and guess what? He did not show up. Called and left a message on Ryan's cell. No call back! called Jerry the following day, he said they've been extremely busy and he'll find out why Ryan Baxter didn't show up to the appt and will call me back in an hour. still waiting for his phone call. If you are looking for a roofer with the worst customer service, these guys are the one :) Keep up the horrible customer service RIBA CONSTRUCTION. Horrible, Horrible, and Horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. CALL SOMEONE ESLE
