Today 01/29/2018, I was traveling on VA-28 N between Dulles International airport and VA-267 W toward Leesburg. As I was approaching my exit (which is a left lane exit) I moved into the left lane. I was approximately 1.5 miles from the exit. Traffic was light so I wasn't too concerned about being in the left lane and impeding traffic. The USA HOME CONSTRUCTION vehicle was approximately 3-4 car lengths behind me and seemed to be traveling at my speed (65 mph) as it didn't appear that he was getting any closer. At some point, he got angry and passed me around 70 mph (This is a 55 mph road). Once he got by me, with no one in front of him in his lane, he changed lanes in front of me without signaling and only a half of a cars length between us. As he made his ridiculous lane change, he also chose to sure up my assumptions by flipping me off as he moved in front of me and sped off. I drive for a living and my company expects me to represent them by giving the public the respect that I would expect from any company. This man is a liability to your company and you will only end up regretting having hired him if he continues to behave in such a manner. Unfortunately, I could not get the tag or vehicle number but he looked to be in his 40-50's, greying light brown hair and beard. He maybe weighed 190 lbs, skinny framed, just like an alcoholic carpenter would look like. I shared the video of the incident in the "photos" section.
