This is the first time I've looked at the reviews on here! My name is Angelo Martinez and if I could rate Ric Hansen's State Farm's performance I would rate them a negative five stars... I definitely would!!! They have dropped the ball on my policy... not once, not twice, but definitely several times. I have to cancel my policy with them due to negligence of there agents Teresa Coleman, Ashley Greer, and now Melissa Shannon. Now they want me to pay an extra $250 because they didn't receive a form of Non-insured motorists. Which I clearly sent, through email. Luckily, I had the email from the beginning of the policy. They said they would refund it but I had to pay first or my policy cancels. Now I have to scramble to get insurance because they rather cancel. NEVER EVER get insurance that makes you feel insecure.

No stars here.
I have to rate this agency but in my opinion they don't deserve any star, they're so unprofessionals, they don't know what they're doing, they all need to take an intesive course on customer service. Stay away from them.

I had an excellent experience with Jennette Walker of this office. She was very polite, called me to follow-up on my online quote, quoted me a better price than anywhere else I could find in Gainesville, explained anything I had questions about clearly and at length very patiently and was otherwise a delightful agent to work with. I ended up staying on my parents plan as an out-of-town student driver this time around, but would recommend this agent!

I have no major complaints. Occasionally, a call doesn't get returned but it hasn't been a continuous problem. Everyone is friendly and tries to be helpful. If they can't answer a question, they get me in touch with a person who can.  I never have trouble reaching a live person in their office during business hours which is important to me bc I hate calling the toll free number.  Overall, I'd say not perfect but definitely better than most imho.

I do not recall when I went out of my way to give a bad review to a business. This one please stay away from. Their record-keeping is shoddy, to say the least. Almost four years since my divorce, they switch my ex husband's and my cars around on the policies. Overcharge me by more than $100 and when I asked them to refund my money last month, it is still not refunded, and no one has called to offer any explanation why. 

They do not deserve even the single star I had to give to post this review.
