For a Panda Express-like take out place, it's surprisingly good. I'm Chinese so I'm a qualified to judge authenticity. Ingredients are very fresh and flavor is distinct. Better than most Chinese takeout places.

My new favorite place for Chinese takeout!!  This is the first time I have ever eaten from here before, and they definitely knocked it out of the park.  I ordered the Sweet Chili Chicken-with fried rice, Krab Rangoons, Vegetable Lo Mein Noodles-with white rice and an Egg Roll.  If you are worried about a "small" not being enough food for dinner..don't be, combined with the rice-the portions are more than enough.  Thee best Krab Rangoons I have ever eaten, hands down!!  I have tried all of the Chinese cuisine in Sarasota, only to be disappointed with the subpar taste and quality.  I was continuously getting dark meat chicken in my entree, and most of the time it had a center that was like chewing through leather.  Not here, I only had chunks of white meat-and they tasted very succulent.  This establishment is a bit tucked away, so unfortunately it has gone unnoticed-but now that I have discovered this little piece of heaven, I will definitely be back for more!!  Also..We forgot to grab our fried rice, during pickup-so they had a driver deliver it to us.  That was so sweet, and very unexpected.  Thank you so much, we will be back :-)

I have ordered from Rice Box Express several times. I have always had a really good experience. The food is excellent, and it always shows up in a timely manner. Thank you guys and keep up the good work! Best take out Chinese food in Sarasota, hands down.

Just ordered food for the first time and absolutely loved it!!! I tried the egg rolls, dumplings, pork fried rice and chicken with bourbon sauce. Everything was homemade and hot and delicious! This will be my go to for Chinese from now on! Great job!

This place is great. We order at least once a week and the food is very consistent.  Many times when you order spicy food other places don’t make it spicy, Rice Box does! :) We are not very close but the food always shows up within the hour.
