*Update - The chicken w/ vegetable was basically bland chicken in bland sauce with 2 pieces of broccoli, a few shreds of carrot, and some chow mein. Terrible, will never order from here again.
I ordered from here for lunch (delivery)...ordered fried dumplings and chicken/vegetable lunch meal with white rice. Within minutes of the delivery, first thing I go to eat was the dumplings - they were steamed. I called right away; she tells me they are too busy and she will give me free ones next time. UM. NO. This is my lunch! I understand you're busy, but I'm hungry and it wasn't my screw-up. I asked for credit instead, after putting up a 'fight', she finally agrees to it. So, I go to eat my chicken/vegetables w/ rice and guess what? There's NO RICE. ARE YOU KIDDING? So now I have to call back and she says she's gonna send the delivery guy back w/ my rice and fried dumplings. 
You are a Chinese food establishment. You rely heavily on take out and delivery. This is not acceptable.
