As you enter you're greeted right away by most if not all of the staff.  They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome.  I order most of the time through the mobile ordering app which adds convenience to the process.  This is my go to spot for pizza and other Italian food.  Great food, great staff, great place.  Giving this place 3.5 stars is an injustice, 4.5 or 5.  I will always come back.

We've been offering from them for awhile and love the drunken chicken.. tonight they sent us complete burnt chicken cutlets ... so we called back and asked that they redeliver our order... mistakes happen ,I get it.... so then I receive the same burn chicken in return...I would love to know what is goin on over there... was this a joke? who is checking the orders.. if they have a batch of burnt cutlets and knew they would be sending the same in return they should have called and manned up...i was so angry I couldn't call back ...I just threw out the food and I don't think ill be ordering from them again... I've never seen anything like this... what a slap in the face... gross negligence of the owners or managers... and I have pictures of this burnt chicken and trust me you would agree... it was black

I just experienced the most terrible customer service with awful red sauce pasta! And also wasn’t even offered to change my entree out of courtesy of the company...Would not highly recommend employees lefted me in a distasteful contact with them

Good food.  Slow to come out.   Nice people working the service area had a few slices and some meatballs the meatballs were huge and in a great sauce. Also try the eggplant rollatini which I could flavor might have been precooked but we are not sure. We would definitely give this place a shot again very Lively lots of people in and out and multiple TVs to watch sports

Every time I've eaten here the food was excellent. Friendly atmosphere good food  make for a good night at Mr. Bruno's in East Rutherford.   And good prices.
