We contracted with Rich for our new building remodel. His guys were always on top of things and took the stress off us dealing with permits and other typical construction issues. Could not have asked for a better experience and will use them again in the future.

Rich Duncan is against paying their employees a living wage, yet drives a $60k truck. He is against any wage hikes because he wouldn't be able to pay for his truck if it happened. To live on $9.50 an hour that he pays his staff, in a career field, is ridiculous. He should live off those wages for a year, in this economy, to understand how he makes it so his employees can't even put food on the table. Go somewhere else, his services are overpriced.

My husband, Dan, and I are so pleased with how Rich Duncan Construction brought our architect's plans to life. Not only did they do an excellent job before, during and after building our new dental office, they kept us smiling throughout the process. Knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and reliable, Nate Cooke, Dan Ashby and their crew were always professional. They were attentive to budget and design details, excellent about staying on schedule and diligent about communicating regularly and clearly with us. As for the icing on the cake, our job was completed ahead of schedule. Oak Park Dental highly recommends Rich Duncan Construction.

Nate Cooke and Dan Ashby of Rich Duncan Construction provided excellent customer service during a tenant improvement build out for Marion County who recently leased office space from Premium Property Management, Inc. Their interface between us, Marion County and contractors was seamless. Yes, there were a few bumps along the way, as typical with any construction project, but Nate and Dan made it as smooth as possible. They came in on budget, on time and did it all with a “we can do that” attitude. They were fantastic to work with! I highly recommend Nate, Dan and Rich Duncan Construction!

I have been working with RDC for over 8 years as a supplier and applaud them for their approach in doing business. Every one within this group from Rich himself to the field personnel have a hands on approach with communication used as the main key for a on time and successful project. They are a hard charging company with an eye for detail while staying within the owners buget. I look forward to many more years as a supplier for them and appreciate what they have given back to the community through their years of work - great job guys.
