Rich seems to be PREJUDICE, and therefore he is VERY RUDE. I asked him if he would be able to lower the cost of labor when originally quoted a different price, and even before I could finish my question, he decided to keep getting loud and tried to imply that I was being argumentative. No matter how many times I tried to let him know that I was only "asking you a question". He couldn't hear me because he kept louder. I told my son to give me my keys because if he spoke crazy to me again, I will slap him. As I was walking to the car, I saw this BIGOT, as I kept walking, I told him that he had a f****d up customer service attitude. His response was, "oh, so you are cursing at me". I was like, I'm a grown ass woman, so I can do whatever I want". He then figured that he would be condesending and went with "HAVE A GOOD. But would get louder and louder. My thing is, I had a problem with the fact that he originally quoted $150 due to the fact that my son said he had a convertible. I told him that it wasn't but a hard top. He went from $150 to $400 because it was a hard top. Other mechanics I spoke to, said they didn't understand why he would jump so high in price. If I could, I would give him no stars, and I MOSTTT DEFINATELY would no recommend going to him EVER. Let's not get it twisted, yes the car belonged to someone else, and that someone is my son. As his mother, I'm going to check/question  something that did not make any sense to me after speaking to other mechanics about the situation. My thing is, if you have a problem with me or anyone else for that matter asking you a simple question (in which he became very defendsive/even somewhat argumentative) you are in the wrong profession. I do have another question for you though: WHERE IS YOUR ROBE AND HOODIE?

We got stuck in Casa Grande because of a failure of the alternator. Rich put us back in the highway in a hurry. Totally recommend them

My go to place rich could have ripped me off for 400 dollars I insisted it was the water pump. A day later rich calls me himself and says come up here. It was my belt wich he told me to check when I initially called him. He runs an honest affordable business.

Took one of my cars to this place 3 times with no fix, payed what he asked and was given sub par work. Then go back to have a part installed and get the cheap excuse that he doesn't make enough working on a hybrid. Charge what you feel your times Is worth
