It's a fairly decent car wash even for a older one. They do a good job getting my car cleaned compared to a lot of the other ones. You may have to put up with Loud car radios and a few shaky characters.

Decent car wash experience. Aside from other patrons that couldn't use common sense at the vacuums, my visit was a pleasant experience, giving my car a much needed cleaning inside and out

Unfortunately this location has gone downhill for several years. The vacuums do not work or poor suction in multiple stalls. You have to move your car from stall to stall. The hoses do not reach around to your trunk. The loud and vulgar music ban is not enforced. I'm sitting here now with loud music from cars and a vacuum hose that doesn't work. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I went through the car wash in my new car. When I came out I noticed my right head light was scratched up and small scratches on the right door. I told the attendants. They took pictures and I did as well. Wrote up the incident report. The onsite adjuster on University called me. He was VERY RUDE, DENIED THE DAMAGES AND REFUSED TO PAY. MY NEW CAR IS STILL DAMAGED AND NOTHING WAS EVER DONE ABOUT IT. I advise anybody and everybody to only take your car through thier wash if u don't car about it getting scratched up. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
