Nice edition but should have built it somewhere other than connected to US Highway 231. Hard getting into and out of.

Car wash is great... I didn't see the sign for prewash and when I pulled my car back up to show the employee on duty that the front of my car was still very dirty he was incredibly rude and didn't want to help me solve my problem just acted annoyed to have to deal with me even after I addressed his attitude problem. I was not allowed to rewash my car and had to leave with a dirty front end.

Went through the car wash on my Brand spanking NEW Honda Accord that was less than a month old and come out with Obvious scratches on my hood and passenger side door. Filed a report with one of the employees because there was no manager available, he took pictures and I took pictures as well. This all happened on December 11th. I was given the “general managers” card to call as well.  Called him multiple times and left messages and finally about 2 weeks later we were able to speak with the “general manager” who said he had been demoted and did not cover the Troy location, we would have to deal with the manager in Troy. So after speaking with a very rude “manager” I was told that the car wash was sold on December 14th and it basically wasn’t his problem because this company didn’t own it on the day it was damaged even though he was the manager at that time also. He did not even have our report that was filed the evening of the incident. We have been loyal customers since they opened the car wash in Troy but after this situation, we will not be taking any of our vehicles back and don’t recommend that anyone else does either. Called my attorney today to get them to deal with.
