Have to just laugh at a couple reviews.  Only guilty people write these. I couldnt wait to get this one. Lee and Beth Cleland left a nasty review. They tried to sell a rv carport and garage carport for $3500, stating in writing they paid that amount. But to be kind would sell it for $2000.  After contacting the REAL owner,  found out they never paid a dime for it.  I would say that is totally dishonest. Maybe that shows their real character.   So you may want to take this review with a grain of salt, as I am. Its just laughable and really sad. 
 Also never got one complaint that anything was stolen or damaged. I wish them the best in their new life.  But to be so hateful is unreal. Karma.
Everyone have a great day. God does not like ugly.

Rachel Prat (along with another girl) was found inside a tenants camper without permission while the tenant was out of town .They were given the choice of vacating the premises or have police remove them. She was no tenant in this park.  Did have to get rude with her (even though she does not know how to spell) This was at 9 o"clock in the morning. Sorry her feelings were hurt.

It's a nice quiet place. Great price & very friendly. No frills, but the Internet is great. Close to shopping & Fantastic food! We will stay here again.

My husband and I are long time residents (over 3 years), who live all the way in the back. It is very quiet. And I love having the shooting range right behind us, because there are frequently sheriff's officers in and around the area. There has never really been any problems with guests being loud or obnoxious. This is definitely, by far, the best RV Park in the Parish! And Donna, who is the manager, is extremely kind and helpful. 

It's unfortunate that one ex-tenant, who was admittedly here for '2 years', and was only here for a couple of months under the last manager, had to leave slanderous remarks about the new manager and other tenants.

Very nice park! Donna, the owner was very helpful. The only difficult thing was the sewage hookup. It was horizontal instead of vertical. We were in a motorhome. Not a pull through. They do have washers and dryers. It was very quite and safe!! We would stay again for sure!!!
