Convenient to Downtown and French Quarter but were unable to use the shower/restroom. It was 1 large room with no seperation for women and men!! Who does that??? And it was nasty to boot. Why would this place expect men and women to shower and use the bathroom at the same time?? Location in an area that kind of concerned me with no security gate.

Great place to stay. Manager on site , HOT showers , bus stop right across the street , 30 min to the French quarter.

If you're looking for ease of use and to be left alone, then those are definitely pros of this place. However, the cons are many and I will try to list them here for you in as best a way as I can. First, the owner was nice. Okay, well, one of them. The other was an extremely cranky Asian lady who didn't seem to care whether we stayed there or not. Second, I wouldn't let even my worst enemy use the bathrooms here, let alone the showers. GROSS. The drains were full of cigarette butts, and 2/3 of the stalls were clogged the entire time we were there. Also... don't count on the facility to provide toilet paper. The slabs, which are promoted as the largest in New Orleans are no bigger than the slabs anywhere else. They are also broken up and in much need of repair. The hook ups are new, but that is only because they had to be replaced after the tornado in January or February. The location is extremely sketchy. The property is not gated. There is junk EVERYWHERE. Someone tried to pick the lock to our RV while we were out one day. Are you 2Fast2Furious? Because if you are not, you're going to be upset with the nightly street races that go on well past midnight every single night. Do you find the sound of trains relaxing? You won't here. There is a train track the runs directly behind the property that crashes and bangs all night long... and typically blows the horn VERY early in the morning EVERY morning. So, yeah... we stayed here a full week and got out as soon as we could and moved down about a mile to the Pelican RV Park, which was considerably better... sort of.

Couldn't get into our motor home without being attacked by fireants and mosquitoes. No tp. Plenty roaches. Worst stop of our entire trip.

A reasonably priced RV park. Location was convenient to drive into downtown / French Quarter, easily. Although the park is near to railroad tracks, most of that traffic was at low speed. It was not a problem for us. We felt safe and interactions with owner manager were kind, friendly and helpful. We paid them with our out of state check for payment. We will stay here again when we are in the area. Thank you!
