I got my oil changed in my truck and said I wanted a full service,which includes oil change,checking fluids,lubing and everything,well apparently they can't hear after me telling them twice to do it they just charged and did an oil change. So I thought ok they just can't listen I'll just go somewhere else. Well not even 1000 miles after getting the oil change my truck said check oil level and I checked it and it was 3 quarts low. I have a Chevy silverado truck and it needs at least 5 quarts. I will never do business with these idiots again.

These guys seem to be the last bastion of affordable car repair.  Whenever they quote me for a repair job, I stop and think "wait, what year is it?"  Because seriously, there are no other places that still charge this low.  This is the reason that I do most car repair myself now, but when I don't, I try to take it to Richards.

Went in to get a alignment and they told me that my upper ball joint out and still charged for a allinment the truck was never touched and still got charged for I think it's bull crap they will never touch my truck again I will go to Garretson tire in springdale or northwest tire in springdale they do amazing work
