Can't ever get someone who knows something on the phone. Almost a year since we had my father in law cremated and still no death certificate.  They put the wrong DOB on the memorable from the service, how hard is that to get the date of birth correct. Why are they giving me the run around about the death certificate,? It makes me feel like they collected more money than they should have from the insurance policy and nothing can be done with out the death certificate.  Shady business going on here and were hiring a lawyer to find out what the deal is.  Dont use this company or they will more than likely do you wrong too.

My ex-husband and I didn't have a lot of money to have our son cremated after he was killed, Richardson's was recommended to us... While they are very nice people and professional, there are still some things that we are very unhappy about... We were shown his death certificate but was only issued 2, we were told that they would send out another. When we got them, I pointed out that his birth place was incorrect, they assured us that they would amend that right away and send us our 3 corrected certificates. When we got our son back, we were only given 2 certificates and they were still incorrect... I called them and they apologized and told me they would fix the problem and mail us the corrected ones... It has been almost a year now and they still have not corrected the place of birth and I am STILL waiting my my certificate. A YEAR! I paid for 3 but we only were issued 2... I know that $10 might not seem to be a lot of money, but when you had to raise donations to have your son cremated, pick out his urn (they gave us a discount on on that, thank you) and get death certificates, when every penny you raised went for all this, $10 is a lot. If anyone from Richardson's reads this, please reply, I would like for this to be resolved.
