Richmar RV park is  most importantly, a SAFE place to live!  Excellent management!!! Many thanks to our good neighbor Steve , who is always willing to help out !   Decent rent prices .   Convenient location . Nice quite weekends .

I usually don't do these reviews but I think this one is more than nessasary.  The lady that runs this RV park is friendly with you, if you're her friend, and only if you're her friend. And even then there are no boundaries. I have a friend that lives here and anytime I come visit, you either see Debbie yelling at someone for speeding (which I've never seen them speeding when she's yelling, she just likes to make a spectacle rather than send an email or text), then you see her gossip about the person after they have sped off. I only know this because she has done it in front of me when I'm visiting my friend. I've never seen anything like it. Another thing she's done is just walk right up to a conversation and start talking. I visit my friend and I don't want to share my day off with the property manager. And my friend doesn't want to either but she's too scared to say anything. She doesn't even ask if she can talk or sit, she just walks right up into your personal conversation and starts talking, never knowing when to leave. Someone needs to sit her down and tell her that she's a manager, not an owner. And the people that live there rent their spots so they and their guests have right to privacy.  They don't owe her anything. I know I won't be visiting my friend again and y'all should beware if you are looking to rent here or are coming to visit unless a serious change is made.

I see there are some unhappy reviews and I wanted to say that does not at all reflect how things are now and have been for the last 60 days for me. The park manager is very polite honest and talkative. She works hard making sure everything is in working order and if there is a problem she does a professional job of fixing and following up. Following up several times for that matter. I have never had a problem finding her to make payments or ask questions. She can easily be found roaming the park and always waves and says hello. I think she waves and chats people up because she genuinely likes to do so. The rules here are not Draconian at all and the environment is quiet and clean. All the people here I have crossed paths with have been very very nice. It's nice to come home and see people sitting out cooking burgers and having a good time on a nice evening... It really helps set a nice mood for me each time I come home from a long day at work.

If you are looking for a long-term place then look no further. The rent reflects not having all the clubhouse, pools, and planned events. It feels like a vacation park and a retirement community too me. I never used these trimmings and don't mind at all not having them. There is a laundry facility that has always been kept up with and not once have I had to wait on someone else.

Anyways, I love it here and I will be here for a very long time. Thanks Richmar for making such a great community to call home!!! I love you guys!!!
