West Bay Oaks is a mobile home and RV park, located in the coastal town of Largo Florida. We are in the Tampa Bay area, just South of Clearwater. We are open all year and welcome stays from one night to one year. West Bay Oaks is located 10 minutes from world famous Clearwater beach, walking distance to the Pinellas Trail, one mile from the Belleair Causeway Boat Launch and Central Park. West Bay Oaks has a wonderful woodsy, park-like atmosphere. Giant Live Oak trees blanket the park. Beautiful landscaping and small community makes staying here a real joy.

Mobile Home residents must be 55 years old or older. Some exceptions can be made so be sure to contact us for more information. There is a bit more age flexibility for RV residents.
