So, because of this office, my niece missed the cut off for school and now must sit out an entire of year before she can complete 12 grade. The ineptness and un-educated employee's and processes this office runs under is very aggravating. I hope someone in authority takes notice and adopts some changes. We, instead, went to Columbia County on William Phew and they were WONDERFUL!!!!! Polite, professional, efficient, happy and had the will to help people.Unfortunately we learned a day too late that we could have gone to Columbia County originally.

My friend had called to see how much it would be to have her birth control removed here and the lady who picked up the phone was extremely rude. First she answered with a loud helllooooo and every time my friend would try and reply she would just keep saying helllloooooo , really not giving her a chance to say it back . She asked about her income and my friend was talking out loud and said about "300 dollars every two weeks" and the woman said "okay well i need you to tell me exactly how much . I mean if you can tell me that much you can tell me what you make . So tell me what you make. Tell me what you make." And then we hung up the phone. Every thing she said had an attitude behind it . I don't know if she has a bad day or something and I know the health department helps everyone out but geez this lady thought she could talk to my friend anyway she wanted to. Not professional!

Staff was amazing and beyond helpful! I was in and out within 20 minutes each of two visits. Overall great experience!

These hours are not accurate. The door says 8-12 on fridays.

I've been here 3 times the first visit it took me an around an hour and 30 minutes before I was called up I wasn't all that angry about it but still I was just getting a shot my second visit was fine it was a little more quicker but they scheduled me a check up at 1pm and not one person was there on the website they said they were open but not a single person was there I even waited to see if anyone would show up that didn't honestly if you're going to make a schedule please stick to it
