Dr. Richter and his team have nailed not only stellar dental care but top- notch customer service. I started by bringing my 3 year old son per a friend's recommendation and was so impressed with how the staff treated him like he was their only patient, got on his communication level, took the time to make him feel comfortable and explain to him everything that was happening - and they are not even a pediatric specialty. Dr. Richter even called me himself the night before the appointment to welcome my son to the practice and ask if I had any questions or concerns before the appointment. I was sold and now my husband and I have become patients as well. I've always been greeted with a smile, the front desk staff even meet me in the lobby at times. I was given a fun gift bag my first visit as a new patient, taken to a separate room to complete my paperwork in privacy and comfort, and I don't think I've ever had such thorough pictures, examination and explanation on the findings. Again, Dr. Richter and his hygienist took as much time as I needed to go over my treatment plan and I never felt pressured to proceed with anything I didn't feel comfortable with. And Jody the hygienist may be the most gentle I've ever encountered. This office operates by a standard of excellence that I have rarely seen in any type of healthcare office and I'm thrilled to have discovered Dr. Richter for our dental needs.

Dr Richter is great! Ok really, I drive 2 1/2 hours from Indianapolis for him to do my dental work. He is professional, kind and understanding of the big chicken I am about my teeth. I highly recommend him for your dentist. You will not be sorry!

My daughter loves Jodi. She made her feel.so comfortable, she was talking about her for days after. Dr. Richter was extremely social and fun. made her very relaxed. She had an amazing experience. And is excited to see them again. I highly recommend them.. the front desk receptionists are very friendly and did a great job working with my schedule to get her in..

I travel for work and recently had some issues with a wisdom tooth that was causing me some severe pain. Not being home, and not being able to go to my regular dentist, I decided to give Dr. Richter's office a shot. Dr. Richter and his staff were more than accommodating, friendly, and very professional. They got my issue diagnosed almost immediately, and taken care of in very short period of time. If i lived in the area I would recommend Dr. Richter and his staff to anybody, and I'll surely use him again if I'm ever in the area.

Dr. Richter is the friendliest dentist I've ever met! He is very efficient at his work. The staff he has is also very warm and affectionate. I would highly recommend him for any kind of dental problem.
