Easy going....especially compared to the bigger more corporate places. Rick handled the sale personally from beginning to end. 

Overall....he sold me a great product at a great price. I will recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a new or used RV.

UPDATE:
Since the previous sale we have now gone back and added an additional unit to our fleet.  Same great price, same great service!!!!  We had a small issue with the new unit. Rick and his staff put us head of line and go the unit back to me in less than 2 days. They recognized that we use our trailers for our business and expedited the repair as quickly as possible.

We have been coming by Rick Baker's RV for years checking out camper/fith wheels for a couple of years, until we found our favorite one. We loved the way they make you feel like family. They made Financing easy and fast. We have looked at other places and were followed around like we were going to steal something, but here we were able to check the campers out with being followed or pressured. If you're planning to buy a camper now or in the future this is the best place to come. To on by and check them out for yourself, you will love it.

Rick gives personal service and help, even when I wasn't a buyer.  I'd relocated to the area and he suggested a great private park that was perfect. Nice selection of RV's and some parts. I have not used his service department but with his hands on approach, I'm sure they are reputable.

The wife and I live in Jacksonville and researched and visited different RV dealers for over 6 months. We drove to what seems like dozens of dealerships ranging from Jacksonville, Florida to Columbia, South Carolina in search of a good deal. We finally stumbled on Rick Baker's RV and the personal service along with the phenomenal deal could not be beat anywhere else. They also have an accessories shop that features items you won't find at ANY other RV dealer. Great people.

Started out giving them a 5 star review.  The sale was great... but that's as far as it goes.  Normally your camper comes with a warranty... good luck getting these jokers to fix any issues you have.  They'll keep your camper for months and then return it the same way you dropped it off. DO NOT BUY NEW FROM THIS COMPANY.

Excellent service and prices! Definitely a gem of the community. Trina's Corner has a gorgeous layout, too. Only reason for 3 stars is Mrs. Baker's entitled and rude behavior I've seen at another business in the area. Great quality products and service should carry into the community they serve when they deal with people.
