Rick is fantastic!  He just finished painting the exterior of my 84 year old mothers house. He got the job done quickly it looks fantastic and at a great price!  He is now our guy to call.

Fantastic work. Organized, efficient, and professional. I hired Rick for a list of repairs/installs I needed done after a tenant left a unit in bad shape.  Some of the repairs included installation of recessed lighting, light fixtures, ceiling fans, kitchen and bath sink hardware, laminate flooring and dishwasher. He also repaired leaking plumbing in the unit caused by previous botched work. I ended up saving money because I did not have to hire multiple specialty contractors. Overall great work.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Rick's 110. He gives 150 percent to everything he does. He takes his business very seriously and knows so much about so many things. And one other thing -- he's extraordinarily kindhearted and giving. A very human human.
