Go there once a week, love it there, staff is awesome and we've gotten to know a few of them  well. They are always helpful and will order in things for us to either this specific location or their other locations if they don't have it in stock or are running low and will bring items from other stores to this location for us as well. Good prices. I enjoy it there

What i liked was to just wander around taking a gander to check out where things are and the various brands. The staff are polite and like to exchange all kinds of pet stories and answer questions about their variety of foods to suit pets requirements of being healthy. I loved going there for all my cats needs, now it's for healthy eating habits.

So helpful with everything, amazing customer service! Both locations (Petawawa and Pembroke) are great and always have what I am looking for, if one doesn't have it the other does!
