Well-stocked store that also offers grooming services. I find the prices for food in treats to be about the same as other stores. Like that they offer the option to donate money or food to local animal shelters. Store is pet friendly, as long as your pet plays well with others.

They have a good selection and good prices. Most of the staff are very friendly and welcoming except for a lady working tonight. She wasn't very polite when I asked her about their fish.

WOW! Service plus a Smile 

Two dogs, two days before Christmas and they really needed baths and grooming. I can't say enough about the pet grooming at this Kanata location. The staff were accommodating even at this hectic time of year for them. They originally said they could only do one full bath and groom for one dog. The other one they could brush and clip nails but they ended up doing full service on both. Even under pressure the staff were all smiles and are very professional. It's refreshing to have received such great service in these times!!

This was the first time we had brought the dogs to a groomer (normally do it ourselves) but with the price they charged and the service provided, the dogs are going back there every three months now.

Thanks PetSmart grooming for a great experience - you have a new long term customer.

Usually go for the grooming. They are great there. Kristen normally grooms my dog and he always looks and smells great. As groomers go, their prices are reasonable.

There are so many pet stores out there that are so much better than PetSmart However we can't live without the PetSmart there is always a cheap toy and/ treat for my dog when i don't want to spend 30$ on a dog toy. there is also the salon i think the ppl working there are magicians My Malmute looks and acts like a Model when she finishes her spa their. A well deserved 100$ every 3 month
