Amazing staff, with some great quality work being done inside this centre.  It really says alot when you are 36 years of age and have never not known this place to be in existence ... the rating that I do see if 3.4 is a complete sabotage of a place where you can clearly tell that the persons employed here are treated great, with a pay and possibly a benefit package as well.  Therefore great work is achieved!  They have only great quality cars for sale, at all the right prices.  There is truly something here for any and everyone.  Such beautiful cars, there is no need to look any further.

I bought an accessible vehicle from Rick and his service was unbelievable. I'm in a wheelchair so I could not get to him so he brought the van to me and to my mechanic to check out at no cost. And after they were said and done he gave me the warranty at no cost to help me out. Absolutely the best dealership I've ever seen

My exhaust broke late on a Saturday when most shops were closed . This shop was a life saver! Excellent service and great people. Highly recommend!!! Thanks Ricky Ratchets!!!

I had my breaks lock up on well I was in London and was going to be stranded but thankfully Ricky's was open on saturdays. He saw me right away and showed me the problem with my car and exactly what they where going to do to fix it. They where polite and theroug and I had my car fixed within the day I would highly recommend this place to anyone in London looking for a friendly honest mechanic

My story. I own a Pontiac G5, me and my wife started smelling gasoline every time we got in the car. 

We took it into a little shop and were told our gas line needs to be patched, roughly $200 (I don't think they even looked at the gas lines). 

To be safe we took it to another mechanic, this time Ricky's. We were shocked to hear that because of our neglect of yearly undercoat sprays that our gas lines were completely rusted and need to be replaced immediately, and also brake lines. 

 After several phones calls back and forth arguing with my wife about costs, we decided to have Ricks team work on it. Best decision we could of made. Not only did ricks team stay after hours to fix, they also sent my wife frequent texts with repair updates (one being that our brake lines did not need to be repIaced, I was relieved). The repair was quick, and professional. (They also gave us pictures)

Thank you Ricky and team, you treated me and my wife with respect, honesty and showed us you care more about helping people then about just clocking in and out for a work shift.

You have earned a lifetime customer. 😊
