Reasonable prices and the owner Dan is an honest, up front guy. If you're looking for a shop that you can trust, and reliable service, I recommend this place. The location isn't the greatest as it's kind of hidden behind Movati, parking is also limited.

I used to bring my Subaru Forester here. I needed a mechanic I could trust, and they certainly fit the bill. 

First of all, I've worked in a shop before.. and theirs is extremely clean.  Not only do they seem to take on race projects and other custom stuff .. they take the time to clean the place, and at the time they provided a loaner car if your vehicle is in for repairs.. Above and beyond for sure!

They adjusted my E-brake for $118. While driving home I noticed a leak in my front end caliper which was not there prior to using their service. They havent returned my calls for over 4 business days. Im sure they have done good work before but my experience with them was terrible. I will not be returning to steelhorse because like most other mechanics, they are dishonest and their fee certainly does not match the quality of service. Hartman Auto on Dundas is the best mechanic Ive ever been to!

The team is great there. You get that small town mechanic feel in a busy north end of the city. They always go into detail about specific potential problems or problems that may exist already.
