I have only good things to say about Riddle's! All of the staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, I never felt pressured to make a purchase, and they were able to offer great ideas when I was unsure about an item. Throughout my lengthy process of selecting a ring, the staff was always receptive to my ideas, especially Tim, who never got frustrated, even after many hours over several days of helping me. All of this, plus their low-pressure atmosphere and generous military discount have made Riddle's my go-to jewelry store for as long as I am living in Great Falls.

Ordered a ring and told it would take 2 weeks.  After a month of waiting, I stopped in to see if there was aproblem.  Walked to the back to the service desk, 2 females (a blonde and one with brownish/gray hair) were on the floor.  Both simply ignored me-the blonde went to hide in the back and the grey haired one went on to help another customer.  I waited 10 minutes at the service desk and neither one even acknowledged my presence.  The above reviews are right on about the female employees lack of service skills-they need another line of work.  I called the store when I got home and spoke with the manager to cancel my order.  I felt at least an apology was in line, out of common courtesy-I set my standards too high.  Do your self a favor, don't even think about stopping in to this place.

The ladies behind the counter were cracking jokes and giggling as I walked in.  It was obvious they felt that no one read too much into what they were saying, but they basically sized me up as I walked up to the counter and then giggled and laughed to each other about the size of the diamond that they thought I would buy.  Apparently, by the way I looked, they figured I would purchase a "small diamond".  I don't think I've ever experienced something of this nature before and I pretty much now see this place as a junk store.  Trashy people usually carry trashy products and offer poor service.  Needless to say, I didn't buy anything, won't be going back, and will strongly dissuade others from doing business with this place.

Horrible service... The folks at this store are very rude, condescending, pushy and not helpful at all.  The moment you walked into the store they size you up and treat you according to what they think you will spend there.  If you do make the mistake of buying from them and there is a problem with your item, they pretend that they "can't see what you are talking about" and try to rip you off.  They have chipped diamonds (a feat that I didn't think was possible) and removed diamonds from rings without notifying the owner before hand that was what they were going to do and then to top that off, they didn't give back the diamonds that they removed, claiming that they weren't worth that much (last I checked, diamonds cost more than 3 dollars a piece, which is what they claimed these cost - and I know for a fact that they cost way more than that!).  All in all, this is a terrible store that should be forbidden from ever doing business as they are only thieves in suits and skirts.  I HIGHLY advise you to NEVER, EVER go there.  You are better off going somewhere else, even if that means outside of Great Falls (trust me, it's worth the drive to not do business with these thieves).
