We had an amazing experience designing my engagement ring and wedding band at Imagine Jewelery Studio.   They made the custom design process a breeze.  My husband and I are very pleased with the the customer service and craftsmanship.

After buying a raw amethyst and not knowing what to do with it, I brought it into Imagine to inquire about cutting it. After discussing with Bob about what I wanted done, he suggested leaving it raw, and he could do a cool custom setting for it. He did a CAD model and 3D printing in plastic for me to see before the gold - completely exceeded my expectations!! Highly recommend for any jewelery needs - awesome service and selection.

Brought a bracelet that was purchased at the studio in for repair.   It had come apart. A young man with an arrogant and dismissive attitude told me it would cost a hundred dollars! I was shocked. Obviously this studio does not stand behind their own work. I am guessing if I took it down the street to Barnes I could have it repaired for a quarter of the price and it would hold up. Imagine that!

My husband and I bought two gold bands a month ago from Imagine and had a great experience. I recommended them to a friend who needed a ring sized. My friend went in on 09/28/23 and the woman who was working the counter was very kind and helpful to my friend, providing great service. Until this short haired guy walks up looks at the ring stating "it is gold and silver" and "we won't even touch the rings you brought in". He said it was a liability issue to me but never explained that to my friend. The guy interrupts me to say he "needs to defend himself" and goes on to tell me he is only kind and wouldn't even genuinely apologize without the caveat of "always being kind". No one is perfect, we just have to own up to our times we are unkind. It seemed he was more concerned with being right than listening to the concerns I had brought forward. They didn't offer my friend to look at any other rings or offer any advice, the guy just said they won't work with that metal and that was that. My friend left feeling embarrassed and I am incredibly embarrassed I recommended this business to them. Very disappointed that this happened to my friend.

I walked past rhe store during the evening and looked at their window displays. I want to commend them for posting prices on their displays! Gives people something to save for, or know what they can afford. I went back the next day and bought a necklace and a ring. Trevor was incredibly kind and helpful. I told him then that it is a good thing I don't live in Helena, as I would be buying a lot more there! Their jewelry designs are gorgeous. There were price points for everyone! I feel like they would let you window shop and dream as much as you wanted. Go visit them amd get something that you'll love forever.I hipe to come back one day amd I will buy something else.

Beautiful jewelry of all shapes and sizes, they have something awesome for every budget. Staff was super friendly, took the time to help me pick the perfect piece, with some great suggestions. As an added bonus, many of the items are made here in Montana, nothing better than supporting local businesses and artists. Plus they have amazing works from local potters and artists in addition to the jewelry. One stop shop for every occasion, will definitely be back, thanks for making Christmas easy!!

Went in looking for a pair of earrings for my wife for our anniversary and expressed the price range I was looking for and what the gift was for.  Was provided a number of earrings to select from and was fortunate to find the one that I liked.  They were placed in a box and I was asked if I wanted it gift wrapped. I did and, of course, no charge.  Excellent customer service!

Beautiful creations and reasonable prices. The staff is so nice and the ring I had made is beautiful. They pay attention to detail and go above and beyond to help you. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic shopping experience!! Lots of fun items all the way to fine jewelry!! The staff/owners couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Five star plus!! Highly recommended!!
