I did not get my ring there and was never charged for any cleanings despite that. When my ring did need some work they were very helpful and informative. They are quick and the staff is friendly. I will definitely be using them for any jewelry needs in the future

Awful customer service. No one greeted me when I came in there at 8:00 at night. The sales employees saw me but didn't ask if I needed help. When I let them know I had a question, they just told me to wait until someone was available to help although customers should be their first priority. I just needed a watch battery changed and they told me to wait and fill out a claim ticket. 10 minutes passed by and no one offered their assistance, so I decided to go elsewhere.

First of all: the people are great as well as the service. 
Super mix of professionalism and friendliness.
I'm a military veteran who has been around the world to many jewelry stores and this is a world class place.  Last year I purchased my wife's and my wedding rings and got the insurance as it is intelligent anywhere and 
we get our rings cleaned and serviced regularly.  My wife just got me a necklace yesterday and it feels good to have a mix of quality and resonable prices.  I fully reccomend this place and I recommend getting insurance as they and you both deserve the best.   I Love this place.  We will continue to shop here and only here.  Thank you guys!

Very good customer service, got our rings there, had one resized, and constantly go back for cleanings.  Have never had any issues.
