Just purchased my second bike from Ridersville Cycle, Kawasaki  z125 last summer and KTM 390 duke this summer.  There is a reason people are traveling from near and far, often hundreds of miles to visit Berkeley Springs.  Best pricing, widest selection, and knowledgeable, friendly staff.  Definitely worth a 5 or 10 minute phone call at the minimum to see why it might be worth the trip.  I even gladly ride over an hour just for the service on my bikes.

This is the ultimate stop shop for Brand-New bikes of several brands. Harold is the owner and POC for any no-bs straight forward pricing. I would recommend them.

Drove a good 3 and half hours from VA and well worth it.  Got a  great deal on the bike I've been drooling over (which is why I had no problem making the trip).  Everybody was very helpful and very friendly. There was storm coming and they made sure that got bike in the trailer, went the extra mile to make sure it fully secured for them haul.  Would highly recommend and be do I g any future business with them for sure.

Drove about an hour and a half from Virginia to pick up my new Polaris Ranger. Definitely worth the drive Harold has some of the best prices in the area. The staff  from beginning to end really took care of us ! I looked around all the dealers in the northern Virginia area and nobody could touch ridersville prices. Pay close attention to the freight and setup charges these other guys want to add to your bill!!!   I will definitely be back to purchase from Ridersville again!

I had a very mixed experience, but overall it was positive because I knew exactly what I was going for and saved a lot of money by making the drive.    

If you know exactly what you're looking for, do not go anywhere else as they beat everyone's out-the-door pricing by thousands!  If you're still shopping around, they do have a huge selection so you can see a lot of different options, but rest assured you're getting a fantastic deal.  Harold (owner) & Debbie (his wife) treated me well when it came to the motorcycle purchase - both were friendly and professional.  They had both the bike & paperwork ready to go upon my arrival so it didn't take long to be on my way.  

However, their customer service as a whole is definitely lacking - big time.  1) While minor things, my brand new bike was not wiped down and barely had 1 gallon of gas in it - my other bikes have always come spotless with a full tank of gas.  2) We wanted to find some new helmets to go with the new bike - they just gave us directions to that area of the building and when we got there, nobody was around to assist and the one guy that was there was too busy eating his lunch to help.  So we left frustrated and without new helmets.  3) While I was there finishing up my purchase I saw at least 3 other customers come into the showroom, walk around, and leave without ever being offered any assistance.  Even if you didn't want to be bothered while you shop around, all of the motorcycles have "Do Not Sit" signs on them so it's very off-putting.  

Again, if you know what want and you want the best price around, do not hesitate to go here.  If you want more than just a sale, find another dealer.
