Never purchased an orca card before, and the girl who worked there was rude and not helpful. I hope I never see her again.

Great place to have nearby.  Have left a few things on the bus and they always were very professional and thorough with retrieving lost and found.  Wish they were open later or wish they got an automatic ORCA card machine there though.

Poor services and the stuff there was rude. When I went there, an old white lady was not polite to me and to an old man before me.

Lost mywallet and they were very kind to try hard and return it, the staff at the ridestore were awfully nice.
