I love my home at The Ridge at Searcy! The office staff has been so helpful, and maintenance stays on top of my work order needs. The property is well maintained. I'm so happy that I decided to move to The Ridge at Searcy!

Worst neighborhood environment, pool always smelled like urine, definitely overpriced, and will unjustly charge you after move out. Maintenance workers were pleasant and professional.

I witnessed the leasing agent scam a disabled lady with two kids. The lady paid the deposit and fees for a  background check, everything was clear and she was approved. She told the lady she had 14 days to move in, but she had to leave to get her kid from daycare so she couldn't let the lady sign the lease but agreed to meet her the next day. When it was time to sign the lease, she avoided the lady for two days. The third day, she told the lady she forfeited her deposit, leaving the lady lost and confused as to why. She took her money and didn't give her a place to stay... God, I pray that she finds somewhere to go. She's on a fixed income with two children. Lord have mercy!

I'm only givin giving the ridge one star because wen it's something that needs to b fixed the landlord never come threw to fix my problem they havnt came in fix my lights under my stove n she's rude I asked her to give me few days to get all of my rent money to her cause I been one mertrnaty leave n she was very rude to me did not try to work anything out with so fuss war I had to move
