I wish I would have read the reviews first....pure idiots...I got the full detail...they waxed on top of dirt they didn't clean first then scratched the hell out of my truck with the buffer...when I went to pick up the truck they missed the entire front grill...then what pissed me off the most was, I asked 3 times before leaving them the keys please just clean the trim I would like to use my own product, instead it was drenchedsome cheap amourall sealing in the dirt they did not clean....half the wax they put on was not removed they left it to bake in the sun, and that's not all...my windows were dirtier when I left then when I brought it there...this place ruined my day and like I said before the staff are pure idiots they look at you like you have 2 heads when you show them the caked on dirt they missed. I hope someone investigates their shady cash only policy too.

Lousy!

Cash Only, I guess this policy makes it easier for ownership to cheat on their taxes. They don't take credit cards but have an ATM with a $1.75 service fee. Generally I tip the guys $5.00, but because of the service fee they only got $3 this time. I have to tip my cap to ownership for finding a way to take money from the pockets of their employees.

 As for that $3 tip......its too bad I did not check out the job first or I would have given them $0. My mats are still filthy, the seats still have leaves on them, and my dash is dusty. There are water marks all over from the poor job they did drying.

 For $21.75.......I didn't expect a full detail but I expected them to at least be comparable to every other car wash in Delaware County.

 I'm not sure what has happened over the last few years, they used to do a fine job. I guess the first red flag was when I pulled up and there were no cars in line.

I'll give them one star because at least they didn't steal anything.

Took our vehicle over to the ridley car wash on macdade during our lunch break, everything was good until we saw our truck roll off the line with scrapes on our left front and rear rims. After a couple of minutes we politely asked the owner to come and take a look at our scraped rims. The owner just said over and over, "thats impossible" and he wouldnt even take the time to look at them. He then followed up with, "call your lawyer" and walked away. The lack of character the owner portrayed was shocking, he acted like he could do no wrong. Oh and i almost forgot to Mention their cash only policy...shady. I will never take any of my vehicles here ever again.
