I couldn't find his electrical license in the state record.
Did work on my meter base. And it passed inspection. Was okay at first, but a week later the power from the new connection was flickery and I was without power to my stove and air conditioning. I called back to ask him to look at it, he said he was way too busy to work on it if something is wrong and that he MIGHT look at it IF he has time. Said it wasn't a cop out, but he already has my money and I'm the one who doesn't have reliable electricity. He recommended I call somebody else. 
He should have said that to begin with.
