Would not have shopped on cyber Monday had I known I could not exchange sizes. Now I’m stuck with two shirts that are too small. I asked for the managers information several times and they ignored the question each time in the emails exchanged. Their clothes are cute but not worth the lack of customer service.

UPDATE: Hi, thank you for responding. As I asked for a manger several times in our emails exchanged, I should have been informed I was speaking to a manager rather than the question never being addressed. I never received a confirmation email or a tracking number, as you also know through our emails exchanged. I had to contact you twice to see where my package was. Your return policy however does state above 30% off all sales are final. Like I said, thank you but not worth the lack of customer service whether you are a small business or not.

long- but worth it! READ ME! I am so angered to say I will NEVER be shopping with RiffRaff again, I live in Memphis and tons of my family and friends shop with them and they were appalled to hear what happened... I bought a sweater for a specific function and well it came ripped. I was so upset because my stuff from them never comes damaged. I  I called them and I got in touch with a girl named Kynzee Smith? and she said it’s was too much out of date to their policy and they couldn’t take it so I had to keep it.. KEEP IT? A ripped sweater that I paid 60$ for? well I grew very mad and the lady on the phone started LAUGHING at me, trying to hold her breath while talking, and hearing other people laugh too. She said she was a manager? But my managers would NEVER act like this and shouldn’t, if your in that high of a chair you should act professional, I work retail and I would do anything to make my customer happy, laughing is not one of them and telling me to keep a ripped sweater? NO. I will NEVER be shopping with them again and neither will anyone of my family or friends. I am beyond furious.

I absolutely love Riffraff! When I moved away for college, Riffraff was the first place I stopped at when I came back to Fayetteville. My favorite thing about this boutique though is their online site. They offer FREE shipping, which has always been very fast. Even though I have moved all over the country, I am able to get adorable clothes for a great price! I have never been unhappy with anything I have ever bought from Riffraff. All the employees are so helpful and nice as well. I LOVE this place!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this boutique! It's my favorite. The staff is awesome and the clothing quality is fabulous! I only wish I lived close enough to shop in person and not just online! You can't go wrong with anything that you purchase from Riffraff because all items are handpicked with the customers in mind! Love it!
