Wow, I couldn't be more pleased with Right On AC! Shawn managed to fit me into his schedule on the first real AC day of the year, when everyone was just discovering they needed service. He was sympathetic to my plea for special consideration, as I was moving out of the house that day and not coming back soon! He called ahead of his visit, arrived on time, and got right down to work. He put on booties before entering the house. He got our mini-splits running in no time. Cost was reasonable. Shawn is the man!

Sean was very knowledgeable and diligently spent the time to explain the issues in our air conditioner. He fixed the problems on the same day. 
I highly recommend him. 
Additionally, his services were cheaper as compared to another local company that I was using before.

Shawn came out to look at our rented out townhouse which had flooding in the basement. He came on short notice, was professional & knowledgeable and there were no games.  Prices were very fair and service was excellent!  Thank you Shawn for all of your help.  I look forward to working together in the future.

We recently hired RightOn to fix our HVAC system condensate pump. The technician was very professional and upfront. Like many have already said here, they are upfront with pricing. However, they’re way to expensive. To replace a 40 dollar condensate pump, they charged me 600+ dollars (excluding taxes). I was in a hurry to get it fixed as my home was listed and I had an inspection scheduled in next couple of days. 

I panicked seeing a little water in my basement....so I called these people after seeing all these great reviews...I should have done my research!! 

Do your research folks!! Charging 600 dollars to replace a 40 dollar pump is totally unheard of.

We hired Right On to do some work on a house we just purchased. Shawn has come to our house a few times now, to do a furnace tune up, install a new filter area, do a couple small fixes on our AC unit and, most recently, to help us with a very tricky washer/dryer situation. Shawn has been professional, honest, kind and easy to get a hold of the entire time so far, and the prices are reasonable too. Right On is definitely becoming our go-to HVAC contractor.
