I'd have to say my buying experience was great, Sean Marks our sales person was pretty amazing. Our closing date keep moving and we closed 3 months behind schedule. We have some issues that Pulte needs to address and they've been just OK with that. The finished product could have been much better, pretty horrible paint job on some doors, windows, door frames, etc. 

Now for the worst part! Many people bought these home and are now renting them out and you have the element of people who really don't care about the community and following the association rules since they are only renting. This affects the asthetics of the community and thus the value of the homes. Parking is a nightmare. People letting their dogs poop everywhere and not picking up after them (health issue). I honestly would not have purchased here if I had known about all these issues. Especially the fact that about half the owners don't live there and rent out their homes. I would think twice before handing over hard earned money. Ask question and see if they are honest and tell you about the items discussed in this review. Will update next month so stay tuned.
