Used the storage location there in Wylie since it was Great American Storage.  Good service and nice folks.  Switched rooms a couple of times and was seemless.  Clean facility and with 24hr access was perfect for our needs.

These people are just the best! They have always worked with us. They are so polite and helpful. I would rent from them everytime. They made our whole experience so easy and pain free. I highly highly recommend them.

Great facility. Prices can fluctuate based on availability and they will run specials for storage units. Also has a post office inside with super helpful and friendly employees.

The person (tall man - Matt) at the front desk is not doing the things in right way.  I went to this office today to send a mail (Domestic). Person - "Matt' told me that, through priority mail it will take two days from Monday (he said Wednesday) to reach there and i chose priority mail and he told me that mail will reach the destination on Wednesday through priority mail, faster than regular mail. He charged $6.65 for priority mail and gave me the receipt that shows Thursday. I have noticed that date change when i reached home. When i went back there, he left the store and other lady said i can't see him now (she told me his name is 'Matt' ) and said, it might  happened by-mistake. Also, She told me that this domestic regular mail will take 1 week from Murphy, Tx to  MD. I sent few priority mails (domestic) before, but that's all didn't take this much time, one or two days instead.  He billed me for priority mail and taking as much time as it is in regular mail. He is giving wrong information to clients (told me Wednesday and gave me receipt that shows Thursday). I'm wondering how many people are tricked by these types of things by this man.
