I have been to this specific urgent care facility more than once and the doctors, nurses and support staff are always amazing. You go to an urgent care location when you are scared, anxious and in a lot of pain, that just can’t wait. The staff here has been far more helpful and hands-on than my own family doctor in Annapolis. I had an asthma attack today at the local grocery store so my husband rushed me over to Righttime and the doctor fixed me right up! She did a breathing treatment and gave me steroid medication on the spot. They also made me feel 100% better mentally, not being able to breathe is a horrible situation, obviously flaring other issues such as my anxiety and GERD. She took total control and I’m home in bed resting, feeling much better now. 10/10 :)

My son was treated there this morning. Then diagnosis him with the flu.  Thing is the gave him prescription for tram flu but gave my 2 year old dosage for adult three times what he should have. The pharmacist is one who caught it. Thank god. They won’t even take responsibility said was computer fault. Won’t ever go there again. Will be taking other actions

I had a Horrible experience at the Annapolis office. First is the Doctor that saw me was indifferent, non-empathetic and rude.  Then they sent my prescription to a pharmacy I never use.  When calling back for a doctors note for work, I had to talk to the receptionist, and she started yelling at me and being overall rude. Then, I find out, company policy is that for a note over 3 days, one needs another Doctor Appointment. That is just a money-maker for Righttime, not medical care care for the patient.

When I made my appt, I stated that I didn't know if my wrist was sprain, broke or if I was suffering carpal tunnel. Goes to the Annapolis offices and pay a $35 copay to be told "It's no use to give you xray" follow up with the doctor and I can give you meds.. Also, doctor didn't even bother to check my wrist until I stated to do so...If that's the case I could of been told that when making the appointment...

This is a hard one to write. Start with the positive.  The care received on 1/12/17 was very good.  Now to the area of concern-frustration -- BILLING.  This was a worker's comp situation and the initial paperwork was filled out completely with the local company's insurance and patient phone number.  I (the patient) never once received a bill for the care; nor did I expect to given it was a worker's comp incident.  In June, bill collectors started to call me because there was a $304 balance.  I have shared the local company's name and name of insurance covering the incident.  The bill collectors will NOT call them and are demanding I get all the info & pay it.  The one piece of paper I have been trying to get for nearly 60 days that will resolve this is an itemized bill.  No matter how many times I have tried to get this from RT  I can't.  The web portal is useless.  No billing data because it was referred to a collection agency   No assistance from their call center.  Requests must be made in writing.  I send a written request and nothing comes in the mail and you send another written request to continue the circle.
