We only needed them to unload our rented 26' Penske truck. The 2 guys were pre-booked for an hour or 2. By the time they had finished, it cost us another $600 of their time. Not that they moved slow, but we had lots to unload and we were down a flight of stairs. Loading the truck in NJ took just as long. Nothing broken, nothing missing, gentlemen to the end. Would (and soon plan to) use them again and recommend to friends.

Professional, fast and very polite. These guys really went out of their way for me and I am definitely keeping their number handy for future use. Such great customer service.

We were very happy with the 2 young men who showed up from Rigos. They called ahead and explained they were running ahead of schedule and asked if we would mind if they showed up early. We had no problem with that at all. The 2 young men were extremely polite, very professional and quite frankly very fast at the job they were doing. We booked them to unload 2 UBOX containers. Which were packed to capacity.  I would definitely use Rigos again. I would have given them 5 stars but the only problem I had was that I booked them for 3 hours which was pre paid and they were finished in 1 hour. When I called the company back to ask for a refund they said it was non refundable because I booked them online.  Live and learn. Next time I'll call them directly.

Rigos is the best moving company around.  I called them to set up a move for one of my clients.  They were quick to schedule the dates we needed. Their service is amazing and they are priced well.  They were punctual to arrive for both the loading and unloading. They wrapped the heavy furniture professionally and packed it in the storage "pod" without any damage.   
I will definitely call on them again and will be glad to refer business to them as well.

I was very happy with the service. The movers were nice and very considerate. Ask questions and offered their moving expertise. Very with Rigo & Uhaul. Moving sucks, but they made it better.
