A great little affordable spot. Decent views along the valley. I got the pleasure to stay here for a week while I was riding rzrs with friends. Great time. The pool is decent, hot tub could be a little warmer but decent. A little ways from town which is kinda nice. You can take your rzrs along the back streets and get into the heart of town fairly quickly.

Nice place to stay while visiting Moab. We travel here regularly and always use someplace from VRBO and are never disappointed. This house was nicely decorated and suited our needs for several days.

If you're headed to Moab and you Airbnb, this is an extraordinarily excellent home base for your explorations.

We took a family trip and rented this for our stay and it was a total success. It slept 10 comfortably (even before realized there were two pull out beds in one of the closets) Plenty of space with a home feel. The property was clean and neat inside and outside. The tv's see small and outdated but we weren't their to watch tv. I'd stay there again. it was a great price as well.

Loved staying here during our family vacation in July of 2017.  The rooms were adequate in size, with a TV in each room.  The kitchen and dining was full sized with a dishwasher and microwave.  Two bathrooms, three bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living room, outdoor patio with a grill, laundry, spacious garage, and swimming pool access!  The master bedroom (and en suite) was very roomy as well​!  Will definitely stay again when I visit Moab.  Just a couple minutes drive from downtown Moab.
