Good location for access to Arches National Park, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point. Did not find the people on the front desk particularly friendly - we have stayed in a lot of hotels over the last couple of weeks and people are generally very friendly and helpful but the people here seemed bored and not very approachable. No breakfast is provided but you can get tea and coffee 24hours (which would be good if we drank it). Outdoor swimming pool needs some TLC. I wouldn't have used it if it wasn't for our 4 year old that has to jump in every pool she sees! Rooms were comfortable but quite old and basic. I feel it was expensive for what you get, $20 extra would have got us in the Hampton Inn over the road, but I guess you are paying for the location.

This place is greater then expected. Can not beat the price for the room types. Extraordinary.  Other rooms in the area are at $130 +.  I would stay again if I came back this way.  Close to food, entertainment,  all of it.  No complaints.  Thanks to the front desk for all your assistance. Could not ask for a better staff. 7-16-17 @ 8:00 pm

Amazing inexpensive hotel. Great for my wife with allergies to pets & smoking. It is a no pet & no smoking hotel. Loved the simplicity! Great hotel. Met all my needs. Just wish I more time to stay.

Great location right in the heart of downtown Moab close to the shops and restaurants. Also only minutes from Arches. Rooms are modern and clean, although there are maybe a few too many mirrors...one lines the entire wall behind the bed.
